Our homemade outdoor country style cooking is scrumptious and the COWBOY POETRY AND SINGING around the CAMPFIRE sets the stage for a real Western "Desert Adventure".  Menu includes a cowboy Dutch oven omelet and homemade biscuits for Breakfast and for Lunch or Dinner a choice of appetizers and entrees: Roast Beef, Pork Tenderloin, Smoked Pheasant, Baked Chicken, Chili & Cornbread, and BBQ Pork, Beef or Chicken.

Lunch and dinner meals also include homemade biscuits, vegetables and peach/berry cobbler with homemade ice cream.

All of our Desert Adventures can be held on-site at Brett's North Scottsdale ranch or we can load everything into our 18-wheeler and set up anywhere!
